In view of this the government has ordered to lockdown the states where cases of COVID-19 has been reported so far.

In Maharashtra, Currency Note Press in Nashik to remain closed till March 31,in wake of Coronavirus outbreak.
Jagdish Godse, Union Leader of Currency Note Press said,”We have completed our target by 99% till March 20. So,we have taken the decision to shut the press till March 31.”
Sindhu B. Rupesh, Deputy Commissioner said, Section 144 has been imposed in Dakshina Kannada(Bengaluru) till 31st March, in the wake of Coronavirus Pandemic.

2 COVID-19 positive cases are reported today from Bihar till now ,both from Patna.
Principal secretary, Health, Sanjay kumar said, “One died due to renal failure. One of family members of 2nd positive case has travel history to Italy.The family member was in quarantine & showed no symptoms.” He also said they are tracing contacts of cases. As per reports.
