A 65- year old man in Srinagar died of coronavirus today. The total death in country toll 14 now. This is the first fatality in Union territory J&K.
On Wednesday four people were test positive for coronavirus, they all have come in contact of the infected person who died today,said Jammu and Kashmir Principal Secretary (Planning Commission) Rohit kansal.
Mayor of Srinagar Junaid Azim Mattu tweeted, “As we share the sad news of our first Covid19 fatality, my heart goes out to the family of the deceased. We stand with you and share your grief.”

Today the government spokesperson Rohit Kansal also confirmed the death via Twitter.
