The lecture of Mr Misra was one of the best and interesting lectures delivered in the session. Delivering his lecture he emphasized on the improvement of connection between cities and rural areas of the country and said that the development of countries depends on its rural population.

He said “we cannot connect to any village only by sitting in cities.” That is the reason behind his starting of  India’s biggest independent entity ‘Gaon Connection’, which is making a bridge between rural and urban lives. Gaon connection is a newspaper which takes information and knowledge to rural communities, showcases governance challenges and publish inspiring stories from rural areas.
