West Bengal Board has cancelled the remaining examinations of class12th. The remaining papers of the West Bengal council of Higher Secondary Education Exam 2020 were supposed to be conducted from July 2 to July 8, 2020 in the state, which remains cancelled. The new date to conduct the examination would be announced by West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education, (WBCHSE) soon.
Today, Partha Chatterjee, State Education Minister addressing a press conference confirmed the news.
The examination was scheduled to be conducted in March in which some papers postponed due to pandemic followed by a nationwide lockdown.

Around 8 lakh candidates appeared for the examination and were waiting for the remaining papers as well. The practical examination as per schedule was conducted in January- February 2020. The remaining papers were scheduled to be conducted from 10 am to 1.15 pm in the state.
